Three separate dance studios (with individual heat and air systems) which rent for $20/hour (two large studios) and $15 (one smaller studio). Beautiful space with mirrors and hardwood floors. Prices go up to $25/hour on weekends. Entire space can be rented for weddings, plays, parties, etc.
