Chilhowee Park

From a single building to the entire complex, Chilhowee Park is available for rental. With more than 80 acres of park-like setting, large paved parking lots, and a full-time staff, Chilhowee Park is a complete, year-round exposition center.

Jacob Building – newly renovated, two-story exhibition hall. It measures 100 ft. x 400 ft. with 36,600 sq. ft. of floor space on the main level and 20,500 sq. ft. on the balcony. The building has five overhead load-in doors, upgraded lighting, electric and HVAC. Inside are four restrooms plus two family restrooms. Concession area. Spectra Food Service manages the concession area and provides catering services for events in the Jacob Building. Ticket windows are located on either side of the main entrance.

Livestock Pavilion – 70,000 sq. ft. of covered, open-air barns and pavilions suitable for agricultural events

The Tractor Pull area contains 14 acres suitable for action sports entertainment. Perfect for a tractor pull, demolition derby, rodeo, monster trucks and more! It has a seating capacity of 3,000.

The Chilhowee Park Homer-Hamilton Amphitheater is an open air theater with a seating capacity of 4,500. Inside the facility are dressing rooms and restrooms. Three double ticket windows are located at the front entrance. A large concession area is located adjacent to the stage.

The Theatre by the Lake is an open-air amphitheater-style venue offering over 2,000 square feet of stage space. The tiered seating provides enough room to seat 350 people comfortably. With its ample space, intimate atmosphere, amphitheater-style seating, electrical amenities and gorgeous location, the Theatre by the Lake provides a wonderful setting for a variety of events.
