The KCD space is located just off of North Broadway and is within walking distance to the Central Filling Station and near several local breweries. This space would be excellent for classes or exhibits. While the space is small there is ample wall space for a exhibit or an art show and reception. Please contact us for a floor plan.

Minimum hourly rate: $25.00 hourly rate. The rate for exhibits and gallery shows is $100 per week. A 50% deposit is required.

Space personnel: The renter would be expected to staff the space during the event hours. The rentee (member of the KCD board) will meet the renter at the beginning of the event and at the end of the event.

Our space has capacity for 4 performers when allowing for 6′ of physical distancing.
